In the canon, Yuzuru is often called robot-like because of how he deliberately suppresses his personality in favour of perfection. While I like this comparison a lot, the fact that Yuzuru started doing this after returning from the military makes me view him as more of an ancient roman sculpture: Once coloured garishly with his idiosyncrasies but now valued (approved of by his family & employer) for his featureless exterior. I chose to model him after the Belvedere Apollo for the interpretation that that pose is supposed to represent the moment Apollo has slain the serpent Python, which I chose to depict here as Ibara having finally accepted his feelings for Yuzuru and "fallen" low enough to kiss his statue i.e his memory.
