Yuzuru finds Ibara and Tori napping together and wants to preserve, or perhaps end, that moment. Yuzuru being a little shit to Ibara and Tori who are getting along spectacularly, is a cute thought. I also enjoyed imagining Ibara putting his jacket on Tori to keep him warm.
