This is a canon scene from SS Finale - Laurels chapter 10. Yuzuru had Ibara in a headlock because he was made to believe that Ibara was responsible for Tori's disappearance. Although he quickly believes in Ibara's innocence, he doesn't stop and instead keeps strangling him while having compassionate thoughts about Ibara, such as how he never had someone who would pamper him so he grew to put himself first. Then Ibara lashes out while still in Yuzuru's arms and says if Yuzuru is going to get lost in thought the least he can do is release him first. I like this scene a lot because of the juxtaposition of Yuzuru's soft feelings for Ibara and his violent actions against Ibara, which is like a SFW version of how I ship Yuzubara.
