Despite the dullness of their lives, as they say in SS, "they will make the most of it with the hands they have been dealt", together. My headcanon is that Yuzuru will always be more vocal about how much he loves Ibara. Which is why, even though he knows Ibara loves him back, any sudden display of affection from Ibara is met with surprise on Yuzuru's part.
